Please note that the following documents are required when a change of ownership of one of our properties occurs. All of these documents must be uploaded below to satisfy this requirement. Failure to provide all the noted documentation will result in no change being made in our systems.
- Written notice from the seller of a change of ownership.
- W9 in the name of the new owner.
- Assignment of the lease, Grant of Deed, Deed of Trust stating the names of the prior and new owners that has been signed by both parties.
