Where Are You Located? 

MainStreet is located across from Walmart on Hwy 231 South in Dothan

What Are Your Hours?

We are open seven days a week! Our hours Monday through Friday are 8am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday we are open from 9am to 4pm. 

How Do I Schedule An Appointment? 

MainStreet does not take appointments for urgent care services, however, you can utilize our online registration or walk-in to be seen by our providers. Registering online reduces in-clinic wait times, allowing you to wait from anywhere to be seen. While walk-ins are always welcome, walk-ins are added to the same queue as those who register online. 

When Does Online Registration Begin? 

You may begin the online registration process 30 minutes before the clinic opens. Patients are seen in the order that they registered in. 

How Long Are Wait Times?

Wait times are dependent on the number of people who have registered online before you. When registering online, you will be given an estimated wait time and you can wait from your home or vehicle. We’ll send you a text when it’s time to head to the clinic, where you’ll fill out some necessary paperwork at the front desk prior to being seen. 

Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider? 

MainStreet Family Care proudly offers primary care services daily, right within your city limits! To create an account and schedule your first appointment, visit the patient portal.
