How Do I Schedule An Appointment?
No appointments are required for urgent care services. Instead, we offer an online registration system which allows patients to wait from anywhere – home, vehicle, or your office! Once we’re ready to see you, we’ll send you a text and you will have 30 minutes to arrive at the clinic and check-in at the front desk.
You will be required to fill out some necessary paperwork at the front desk and wait momentarily for the provider to see you. Although you’ll spend some time in our waiting room, this time is drastically reduced by using online registration.
Walk-ins are also always welcome at MainStreet!
When Does Online Registration Begin?
Patients can begin registering online as early as 30 minutes before the clinic opens each day.
Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider?
Primary care is made convenient with MainStreet! We offer these services seven days a week, and you can even get same-day and next-day appointments. Create an account and sign up for your first appointment via the patient portal.
How Long Are Wait Times?
All patients who complete the online registration process will receive an estimated wait time. These wait times are dependent on the number of people ahead of you in the queue. Additionally, walk-ins may experience longer in-clinic wait times as they are added to the same queue as those who register online.

Does MainStreet Offer COVID-19 Testing and Treatment?

What Are Your Hours?
MainStreet proudly serves our patients seven days a week! Additionally, we offer extended hours so you can come into the clinic in the evenings. Our hours Monday-Friday are 8am-8pm, and Saturday-Sunday our hours are 9am-4pm.
