Below are some answers to our frequently asked questions!
Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider?
MainStreet Family Care proudly offers primary care services seven days a week! To create an account, visit our patient portal.
How Do I Schedule An Appointment?
Appointments are not necessary, nor are they accepted at our clinic due to our online registration system. In addition, registering online allows you to wait from anywhere and reduces in-clinic wait times.
When Does Online Registration Begin?
You can register online 30 minutes before the clinic opens. Then, all patients are seen according to the time they registered.
How Long Are Wait Times?
Wait times are based on how many people have registered online. Those who registered before you will be seen first, but you can wait from anywhere. We will text you when its time to head to the clinic, and you’ll have thirty minutes to check in at the front desk.
Upon arrival, you will fill out some paperwork in order to be seen. This process significantly reduces in-clinic wait times.
Does MainStreet Offer COVID-19 Testing and Treatment?
Yes, we do offer COVID-19 testing and treatment! For more information, visit our COVID-19 testing and treatment page.
