How Do I Get My COVID-19 Test Results?

We get a lot of questions about COVID-19 test results. Here is how you will receive your results based on the test that you have taken. Information here is subject to change. Please refer to this page for regular updates.

Rapid COVID-19 Swab Test Results

  • Rapid antigen test results will be available to you before you leave the clinic.
  • The test takes up to 20 minutes to process.
  • You will receive a hard copy of test results before you leave the clinic.
  • If you need results for an employer or another physician, please let the clinic staff know immediately. They will help ensure you have the proper paperwork to release this information.

Molecular COVID-19 Swab Test Results

  • These test results will be available to you within 3-7 days. Please do not call the clinics or request your results if it has been less than 7 days since your test was performed.
  • In order to receive your molecular COVID-19 swab test results, you must have a patient portal. You can set one up here.
  • These specimens are sent to an outside lab for testing. Once they are returned to us, we will send them to you in a message to your patient portal account.
  • You will receive a text or email notifying you that your results are available. When you open your messages, you will find an attachment with your results.
  • If you need your results for an employer or another physician, you can export or print the attachment from your portal and share these results.
  • If you are experiencing issues with your patient portal, you can troubleshoot or submit a request for assistance here.

Antibody Test Results

  • These test results will be available to you within 3-7 days. Please do not call the clinics or request your results if it has been less than 7 days since your test was performed.
