Below are some answers to our frequently asked questions. 

How Do I Schedule An Appointment? 

At MainStreet Family Care, we do not take appointments. To be seen, you can use our online registration, which allows you to wait from anywhere! 

When Does Online Registration Begin? 

You can begin registering online 30 minutes before the clinic opens. 

How Long Are Wait Times?

When you register online, our system will give you an estimated wait time, and your specific wait time is dependent on the number of people who registered before you. This allows you to wait from anywhere when you register. 

We will send you a text alerting you to head to the clinic, and you have thirty minutes from receiving the text to check in at the front desk. After you check in, you will be asked to fill out some necessary paperwork before our providers can see you. 

Where Are You Located? 

MainStreet Family Care is located next to Maran Home, off Oleander Drive in Wilmington. 

What Are Your Hours?

Monday through Friday, we are open 8am to 8pm, and Saturday through Sunday, our hours are 9am to 9pm. 

Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider? 

MainStreet Family Care not only provides urgent care services, but we also offer primary care services! Primary care is offered 7 days a week. Create your account using the patient portal to schedule your first primary care appointment at MainStreet. 

Does MainStreet Offer COVID-19 Testing and Treatment?
