When do you open?
We are NOW OPEN. Our hours are 8 am-8 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-9 pm Saturday & Sunday.

We’re located near Walgreens on Washington Road in Martinez. Our address is 3910 Washington Road Augusta, GA 30907.
What hours are you open?
We’re open 7 days a week! We pride ourselves on our extended hours. We’re open 8 am-8 pm, Monday-Friday, and 9 am-9 pm, Saturday-Sunday.
Who are the providers?
We have two nurse practitioners who work at our clinic in Augusta, Georgia, on a rotating schedule.
How do I make an appointment?
We don’t accept appointments. However, we ask that patients use our contactless registration system. You can learn how to use this system here.
When does online registration begin?
It begins at the beginning of each day, 30 minutes before opening. We do not take appointments. Rather, we register patients the day of, and patients are seen in the order they register. You can learn more about our contactless registration system here.
How long is the wait?
The wait can vary depending on how many patients we register. Our registration system will give you a wait time estimate after you register.
Does MainStreet offer COVID-19 rapid testing?
We do! We offer COVID-19 testing 7 days a week. Patients can register online beginning 30 minutes before we open on the day they would like to be tested. This is not an appointment. You can learn more about rapid testing at MainStreet here.
Do you take Medicaid?
Yes, we do! We accept Georgia Medicaid as well as all Medicaid-managed plans.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Uninsured patients can learn more about COVID-19 testing for uninsured patients here. If you’d like to receive urgent care or primary care as an uninsured patient, you can learn more about our simple self-pay options here.
